3. Orders & Confirmation

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A formal quotation will be provided before order confirmation.
• Orders are processed only after mutual agreement on specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.

4. Pricing

• Prices are based on bulk quantity (MOQ applicable).
• Prices may vary depending on market conditions, raw material availability, and customization requirements.
• All prices are exclusive of shipping, taxes, and duties unless specified.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to order confirmation (Advance / LC / Bank Transfer).
• Orders will be processed only after receipt of agreed payment.

6. Packaging & Shipping

• Export-grade packaging is used (HDPE / Kraft / customized).
• Shipping timelines depend on order size and destination.
• Any delays due to logistics or customs are beyond our control.

7. Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines will be shared during order confirmation.
• Herbalteatbc is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.

8. Returns & Claims

• Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only after verification and mutual agreement.

9. Compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with their country's import regulations, certifications, and standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

Herbalteatbc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
